HAPPY NEW YEAR.
I am grateful for all that I have. Thank you all for your time and interest. I appreciate the trust given me by the PR of each Estate Appraisal completed, by each Donor for the Charitable Contribution Appraisal done. And the Virtual Appointments continue to be entertaining and valuable for clients completing research on something specific like a tool or in general such as a gathering of inherited properties.
I spent much time last month cleaning our storage unit that houses my husband’s library of over 5,000 Asian Art related books. The Society for Asian Art book sale at the Asian Art Museum in March will be the recipient of much of that work: duplicate copies of books, Sotheby’s & Christie’s Asian Art auction catalogs from 20 – 30 years ago, and oh so much more. As with any personal property gathered over a lifetime, it is difficult to part with beloved art books. There is joy though, that someone else will find the same pleasure that I did in the text and photos between the book covers. So downsizing.
I have links that I saved to pass on. Please enjoy, let me know,
Cynthia.
I went here often in 1975-80 in San Francissco, I am glad to hear it will be open again.
